The Assistant Chocolatier will combine a passion for art and a love for chocolate into making candy and confections. You will report to the Head Chocolatier and learn to cook and prepare chocolate products by our methods and recipes as needed to fulfill the demands of the sales operations associated with the business.
The right candidate will have a passion for chocolate, production kitchen skills including an ability to follow recipes and adjust them as needed. You should enjoy variety in your work but be able to produce many consistent high quality confectionery products. A knack for culinary decorating or artistic creativity is helpful. You may also assist in creating new confections and confectionery flavor combinations.
This is a Full Time Position. Starting salary commensurate with experience,

- Prepare Confectionery Centers for Products
- Cooking Sugar Based Centers for Dipping
- Preparing Truffle Centers
- Tempering Chocolate
- Hand Dipping Chocolate Centers
- Hand Casting Molded Chocolates
- Preparing Other Chocolate Based Products
- Stocking Product
- Packing Product
- Lifting up to 50 Lbs. may be required
- Other Kitchen Responsibilities as Required
